Digital Insurance LLC (OneDigital) is hiring a Systems Support Specialist to provide comprehensive, collaborative support to the P&C Operations team. This role focuses on download, suspense, and Applied Epic migrations to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and operational excellence across the Property & Casualty practice.
What You'll Do
- Resolve Applied Epic support tickets with technical expertise and timely solutions.
- Process suspense items in Applied Epic, handling transactions and resolving related issues.
- Assist with integration support, system configuration, and download/interface management for migrations.
- Assist with data review and cleanup during the migration process to Applied Epic and ancillary systems.
- Support data validation, discrepancy reporting and resolution before, during, and after migration.
- Manage user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, termination, account reassignments, and access provisioning for all P&C systems.
- Maintain security groups and user access, updating as needed.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Finance, Licensing, and Learning & Development teams.
- Support training initiatives for agency staff and new users, reinforcing best practices.
- Help document and update standard operating procedures for migration, integration, and operational processes.
- Participate in regular reviews of processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Assist with data cleanup projects like Book of Business analysis.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, update presentations, and other deliverables.
- Participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

- 1-2 years of relevant P&C experience.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years experience in Applied Epic, CSR24, Indio, and Applied Epic Quotes strongly preferred.
- Related Agency Management System knowledge.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Active P&C license in home state.
