Join a team building the backbone of people systems at scale. In this role, you'll take ownership of Workday integrations that support critical HR functions, from compensation cycles to benefits enrollment and payroll operations. You'll design and maintain robust data pipelines using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, and Core Connectors, ensuring accurate and secure information exchange across internal platforms and external vendors.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage complex integrations using XML, XSLT, and web services, with a focus on reliability and performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting data delivery, applying strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable solutions
- Lead configuration efforts in a core Workday functional area, including advanced calculations and process automation
- Build dynamic reports, dashboards, and BIRT-based outputs to support data-driven decision-making
- Support key annual cycles such as compensation reviews, open enrollment, and year-end payroll processing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working extensively with Workday integrations, especially Studio and Orchestrate
- Hands-on expertise with XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, and related web service technologies
- Experience configuring or leading in a core Workday functional module
- Strong ability to document systems, analyze data flows, and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of delivering solutions in fast-moving, collaborative environments
