Deel is hiring a Systems Integration Manager | EMEA

About the Role

Deel is looking for a Systems Integration Manager to help build the infrastructure for the future of work. In this EMEA-focused role, you will be the key contact for Success and Onboarding teams, managing integration projects and ensuring our platform connects seamlessly with our customers' systems.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing.
  • Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs.
  • Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations.
  • Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations.
  • Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues.
  • Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations.
  • Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
