Extreme Networks is hiring a Systems Engineer, Channels to provide technical expertise and enablement for our Partner network. This role is central to developing partner technical competency through training, consultation, and support, empowering them to sell Extreme's offerings independently.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the technical competency of partners through training, demos, presentations, and consultation.
- Provide account support for customer opportunities being driven by the Partner.
- Conduct partner training and provide regular updates to Partners on the latest Extreme offerings.
- Support Partner sponsored events and create Partner led designs and Bills of Materials (BoMs).
- Engage with internal SMEs to maintain your skillset.
- Focus on partner growth, enablement, and pipeline creation.
What We're Looking For
- You must be a self-starter with a business-minded approach to enabling partners.
- Ability to convey complex concepts, present, and consultatively sell.
- Strong skills in network design.
- Willingness to learn, independent drive, resourcefulness, collaboration, and flexibility.
Benefits & Compensation
- Target total compensation up to $180,000 on a 70/30 split.
