This senior technical leadership role sits between strategy and execution, focusing on owning how our core business systems fit together and evolve over time. You will be responsible for system-level design, decision quality, and ensuring long-term outcomes for our operational and commercial systems.

What You'll Do

Own system-level technical decisions, framing trade-offs across cost, complexity, risk, speed, and sustainability.
Assess a fragmented, independently evolved system landscape to identify high-leverage areas for improvement.
Define integration patterns and guardrails to establish clear system boundaries and enable independent evolution.
Manage long-term complexity and risk by identifying failure modes and preventing silent technical debt accumulation.
Act as a technical counterpart to the business, translating objectives into sound technical structures.
Work with vendors and delivery teams, evaluating changes from a whole-system perspective and providing guidance.

What We're Looking For

Senior experience in system design, integration, or technical leadership roles.
A track record of owning cross-system technical decisions.
Comfort operating in SaaS-heavy, vendor-managed environments.
Clear, pragmatic communication across technical and non-technical teams.
