At EY, we shape the future with confidence. We are looking for a Systems and Virtualization Engineer to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team. You will act as a technical PMO for a major migration and redesign project of IT platforms, including virtualized environments and their secure integration with OT systems in airports. Your role is to ensure migrations are controlled, secure, and without operational impact.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate analysis of the existing systems infrastructure: physical and virtual servers, and dependencies between IT and OT systems.
- Supervise the design and deployment of the new IP addressing scheme.
- Plan and control the migration of virtualized platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Oversee the reconfiguration of virtual machines, validation of network changes, and control of testing and acceptance.
- Coordinate connectivity tests and validation of critical services.
- Ensure the correct integration of OT systems (e.g., SCADA) from a control and security perspective.
- Guarantee operational continuity during migration windows.
- Review and validate technical documentation, migration plans, and test results.
- Manage project risks, incidents, and dependencies.
- Report status, milestones, and deviations to project leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in systems and virtualization projects.
- Experience in technical coordination roles, PMO, or ATCV.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
- Solid knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Solid knowledge of Systems and Network Migrations (at design and control level).
- Ability to interface with technical teams and vendors.
- English level B2.
Nice to Have
- ITIL v4 or similar certification.
- Experience in critical or industrial environments.
- Previous experience as a technical PMO in complex projects.
