- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Support end-user technical requests
- Optimize system availability and response times
- Manage domain services and directory systems
- Deploy and maintain monitoring tools
- Coordinate with vendors for support and procurement
- Plan capacity needs based on usage trends
- Enforce data protection and retention policies
- Administer virtualization platforms
- Maintain firewall and network security devices
- Respond to after-hours system alerts
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Contribute to IT project planning and execution
