Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the CSA Platform within an operational team setting
- Deploy and maintain virtualized environments and Kubernetes-based infrastructures
- Diagnose, investigate, and document system failures and performance issues
- Incorporate application-specific metrics into advanced data analysis and monitoring solutions
- Oversee rollout activities across the application lifecycle in alignment with ITIL and internal procedures
- Integrate new services with monitoring systems and adjust existing alerting mechanisms
- Support the transition of CSA platforms to modern cloud infrastructures
- Optimize operational workflows, improve system efficiency, and adopt innovative technologies
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system operations
- Be available for occasional night shifts (up to two per year) and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
