ECS Federal is seeking a System Architect to serve as the principal technical authority driving the modernization and transformation of enterprise IT architecture at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
What You'll Do
- Drive the modernization and transformation of enterprise IT architecture at the SEC.
- Lead architecture review boards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML platforms and intelligent automation tools.
- Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and compliance requirements while enabling the SEC's data-driven mission.
- Champion modern architectural patterns—microservices, event-driven architectures, API-first design, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Drive the integration of AI capabilities into the SEC's operational environment.
- Work closely with the SEC's AI Task Force and CETU to ensure infrastructure decisions support the agency's strategic modernization goals.
