Swans is looking for a System Analyst focused on transforming law firm practices. In this role, you will combine hands-on system building with client advisory, diagnosing business bottlenecks and architecting technical solutions.

What You'll Do

Consult law firm owners on operational challenges and technology gaps.
Conduct diagnostic assessments of current systems and workflows.
Configure CRM pipelines in Lawmatics and case management workflows in Clio.
Build data processing workflows and interactive analytics dashboards.
Design and deploy client intake automations in Make.
Work with the latest AI tools and help clients implement them strategically.
Shadow senior consultants on discovery calls to learn how to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Identify operational inefficiencies in law firm systems and workflows.
Design technical solutions that address core business problems.
Configure CRMs & Case Management systems based on diagnostic findings.
Build analytics dashboards and data pipelines that reveal actionable insights.
Design automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
Deploy advanced AI solutions.
Present technical recommendations to decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Learn the consulting process from discovery to implementation.

What We're Looking For

Some consulting or client advisory experience.
Comfort presenting solutions to business owners and stakeholders.
Technical experience with CRMs or Automation tools (low-Code/No-Code).
Professional English fluency.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRMs and Case Management Systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Lawmatics, Clio).
Adept with automation tools (i.e. Zapier, Make, n8n).
Experience with project management platforms (i.e. Monday.com, Asana).
Track record of learning complex tools quickly and applying them to business problems.
Portfolio preferred to showcase systematic problem-solving.
