Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Linux servers
- Perform regular system updates and security patching
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related incidents promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery
- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies
- Enforce security policies and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Configure and manage user access and permissions
- Support deployment of new software and system enhancements
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Administer virtualized environments and container platforms
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support
- Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling
