Squared Financial is seeking a hands-on System Administrator to lead the daily administration and maintenance of our critical infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure system stability, enhance security, and implement modern cloud solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day system administration tasks and provide hands-on support for maintenance.
Configure and maintain various operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows.
Maintain and administer Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines.
Set up and maintain Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
Ensure the stability and functionality of communication systems like VOIP.
Manage the AWS cloud network and infrastructure for optimal performance and security.
Implement modern cloud-based solutions, utilizing technologies like WAF and CDN.
Oversee server architecture security and implement robust backup solutions.
Enhance deployment and configuration management through automation.
Maintain consistent IT processes, practices, and documentation.
Respond promptly to technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network connectivity.
Perform additional IT duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of AWS network and infrastructure.
Thorough grasp of networking concepts and devices.
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, dependable, and proactive attitude.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
