Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable system operations with 99.9% uptime through administrative and technical support.
- Offer extended coverage and assistance for system operations as needed.
- Oversee the configuration and stability of the system environment.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using custom scripting.
- Operate and manage all components of the system, including software, hardware, and network resources.
- Safeguard and maintain access credentials for servers, workstations, firewalls, HSMs, and related applications.
- Plan, install, configure, and validate system components such as PCs, servers, LANs, WANs, and management systems.
- Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Enforce system security through access controls, monitoring protocols, and disaster recovery planning.
- Execute regular backup procedures and validate recovery readiness through testing.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve user proficiency and system utilization.
- Collaborate with vendors to assess, test, and deploy system upgrades and new software.
- Preserve organizational confidentiality by protecting sensitive system and access information.
