Syroscape, a service of Autism Parenting Magazine, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our small, hands-on team. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing marketing plans to life and wants to grow with the business, with the potential to step into a broader operations role over time.
What You'll Do
- Manage tasks and projects inside ClickUp
- Follow up on deadlines and keep work moving forward
- Help prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
- Create and maintain SOPs and project documentation
- Set up and adjust client ad campaigns and tracking
- Implement technical changes like pixels, scripts, and automations
- Work with designers to produce image and video ad creatives
- Use AI tools to write copy and generate ad variations
- Optimize landing pages and campaigns using performance data
- Create AI video ads and coordinate edits with video editors
- Speak with clients and run calls when needed
- Maintain client assets, reports, and documentation
- Support onboarding, admin tasks, and vendor coordination
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and basic ad setup
- Experience with Meta tracking and script installation
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and workflows
- Experience using project management tools like ClickUp
- Experience working with B2B marketing agencies
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple client projects at once
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in the EU timezone for working-hour overlap
Nice to Have
- Good eye for design and creative quality
- Strong copy sense and ability to spot weak messaging
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website and landing page edits

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $2,250 - $2,500 per month
- Around 20 days paid time off, depending on your country
