Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Online Shopping Advisor to deliver exceptional service to our Swedish-speaking clientele. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for enhancing the customer's online buying journey, from product discovery to post-purchase support.

What You'll Do

Engage with Swedish-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone to address their online shopping needs.
Provide detailed product information, guidance, and personalized recommendations.
Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges efficiently and professionally.
Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
Keep informed about product ranges, offers, and company promotions to relay accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
Cooperate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and effective assistance.
Familiarity with customer service software and e-commerce systems.
