Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Online Shopping Advisor to deliver exceptional service to our Swedish-speaking clientele. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for enhancing the customer's online buying journey, from product discovery to post-purchase support.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Swedish-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone to address their online shopping needs.
- Provide detailed product information, guidance, and personalized recommendations.
- Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges efficiently and professionally.
- Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Keep informed about product ranges, offers, and company promotions to relay accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Cooperate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
- A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
- Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and effective assistance.
- Familiarity with customer service software and e-commerce systems.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing various inquiries effectively.
- A positive team player with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
