Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Swedish Speaking End User Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support directly to end users. In this role, you will provide direct assistance and be a key part of ensuring user satisfaction and smooth technology operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to end users in Swedish via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functionality.
- Guide users on effectively utilizing different applications and systems.
- Document all support interactions and outcomes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and recommend process enhancements.
- Conduct follow-ups with users to guarantee issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on new technologies and updates to improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
