Mercier Consultancy is hiring for Swedish-speaking roles to serve as the primary contact for our clients in Greece. You will provide dedicated support in customer service, sales, or consulting, building strong relationships to understand client goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Provide exceptional support in areas such as customer service, sales, or consulting, depending on your expertise.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and tailor services accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Document client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant advice and insights to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture and environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Additional languages are a plus.
