Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish Speaking Recruiter to join our team in Greece. This entry-level role requires no prior recruitment experience—we provide full training. You will leverage your Swedish language skills to connect with talent, and we offer a fully paid relocation package to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and communicating with candidates in Swedish.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate fit for various positions.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements and team needs.
- Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- No prior experience in recruitment is required; a desire to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates.
- Proficient in using social media and online platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support from the company.
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and embrace a fresh challenge.
