Mercier Consultancy is looking for customer service professionals fluent in German to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively to enhance overall satisfaction. A fully paid relocation package is provided.
What You'll Do
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to questions regarding products and services with clarity.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Provide detailed information about product features and updates.
- Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on all offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
