Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Service professional to provide top-notch support to clients of a leading payment solutions provider. Your role will be to ensure swift and effective issue resolution while expertly guiding clients through available payment options.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about payment solutions.
- Inform clients about available payment options and guide them through services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates in payment processing.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in customer service or a payment solutions environment.
