Mercier Consultancy is hiring for a Danish-speaking customer support role based in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring their satisfaction. The position includes a fully paid relocation package to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Assist Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries about products, services, and account issues.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively for follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
