Mercier Consultancy is hiring Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will provide support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved effectively in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Finnish through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and contribute feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address customer needs.
- Stay updated on company products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously refine skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Nice to Have
