Mercier Consultancy is looking for fluent French speakers to provide high-quality customer service to clients from our offices in Greece. You will resolve inquiries and collaborate with the team to enhance service quality while embracing a vibrant new culture.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service in French through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service delivery improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overcome challenges.
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Participate in continuous training to develop your customer service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment.
