Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Digital Store Consultant to provide expert guidance and support for Swedish-speaking customers navigating digital shopping platforms. This remote role in Greece focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through informed recommendations and effective problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Assist Swedish-speaking customers by addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on digital store offerings.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
- Conduct customer training on navigating and utilizing digital store platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that improve customer engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to offer customers informed recommendations.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
- Self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
