Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Swedish Speaking Customer Service specialist to join our team. You will provide dedicated support for our smart home technology department, assisting Swedish-speaking customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and operational queries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Swedish for inquiries about smart home technology.
- Assist customers with the installation, setup, and operational queries of smart home devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to provide solutions promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with product specifications and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to improvements in service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the technology or smart home sector.
- Familiarity with customer service software or helpdesk systems.
