Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Food Delivery Service Department. You will be the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, providing support and assistance across all aspects of our food delivery services.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish, addressing concerns and providing information.
- Assist customers with order placement, delivery tracking, and menu options.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and account management efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately for reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on menu offerings, specials, and promotional campaigns.
- Encourage customer feedback to help improve our services and offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Able to manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and communication platforms.
- Team-oriented with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support, especially within food service or delivery sectors.
