City Wide Facility Solutions was looking for a Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive to spearhead new business development in a B2B environment. As a hunter, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, with a primary goal of bringing in new recurring revenue clients to help double the business over three years.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals, resulting in new recurring revenue clients each month.
  • Achieve Sales ScoreCard targets for New Contract Revenue started, Building Surveys attended, and Closing % on Proposals Delivered.
  • Manage activities and maintain all client and lead information in the CRM.
  • Close sales by building rapport, explaining the unique model, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with teammates and prospective clients.
  • Improve new business development efficiencies and troubleshoot high-level issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor; values fit for our team is first and foremost.
  • A documented history of winning and beating sales results in a hunter role.
  • 5+ years in New Sales Business Development in a similar B2B organization.
  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, from entry-level manager to C-suite.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong grasp of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel within city limits, up to 50%.
