City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive to spearhead new business development in a B2B environment. As a hunter, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, with a primary goal of bringing in new recurring revenue clients to help double the business over three years.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals, resulting in new recurring revenue clients each month.
- Achieve Sales ScoreCard targets for New Contract Revenue started, Building Surveys attended, and Closing % on Proposals Delivered.
- Manage activities and maintain all client and lead information in the CRM.
- Close sales by building rapport, explaining the unique model, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with teammates and prospective clients.
- Improve new business development efficiencies and troubleshoot high-level issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
- A positive and friendly demeanor; values fit for our team is first and foremost.
- A documented history of winning and beating sales results in a hunter role.
- 5+ years in New Sales Business Development in a similar B2B organization.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, from entry-level manager to C-suite.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong grasp of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel within city limits, up to 50%.
