Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent for our Mobile Banking Services Department. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to clients, resolving their mobile banking inquiries and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish regarding mobile banking services.
- Assist users with account management, transaction issues, and mobile app functionality.
- Provide detailed information about banking products, services, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest banking regulations and mobile financial services trends.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly within banking or financial services, is preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile banking applications and financial terminology is a plus.
