Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an online banking platform based in Greece. You'll be the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience by resolving inquiries and providing support for banking services.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding account details, banking products, and online services.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking platforms and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot problems and address customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about banking regulations and product updates to provide relevant assistance to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the banking sector and services.
