Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish Customer Advisor to provide exceptional remote customer support to our Swedish-speaking clientele. You will deliver service from anywhere in Greece, assisting customers across multiple channels and ensuring their needs are met.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat communication.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about company products and market trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with good time management skills.
- A genuine interest in helping customers and delivering high-quality service.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
- Knowledge of English.
