EX Squared is seeking a SVP Partnerships to drive strategic growth through key partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value relationships that align with our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to accelerate growth.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic alliances with key industry players.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track partnership success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven executive-level experience in a partnerships or business development role.
- A strong track record of structuring and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A data-driven and analytical approach to building and scaling partnerships.
- The ability to operate with autonomy and drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside and be legally authorized to work in Massachusetts.
