EX Squared is hiring a Senior Vice President of Partnerships to lead and execute our business development strategy. This role is central to forging and scaling strategic alliances that drive company growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of business development and partnership strategy
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new strategic partnership opportunities
- Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline to achieve growth targets
- Develop and own key performance metrics for the partnerships function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partnership success and integration
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a senior business development or partnerships role
- Extensive experience in full-cycle partnership development, from sourcing to close
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for a partnerships function
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in and authorized to work in Illinois.
