Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a SVP of Finance to provide strategic leadership during a period of rapid growth. In this senior remote role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s financial strategy while providing hands-on management of financial planning, analysis, accounting, and fundraising.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support sustainable growth and business goals.
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the executive leadership team and board of directors.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Manage fundraising efforts, investor relations, treasury, and risk management.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contracts, compensation strategies, and financial policies.
What We're Looking For
- CPA certification or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in FP&A.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business drivers.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with boards and investors.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
