What You'll Do
Design and define IT solutions that support manufacturing operations, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture principles and business objectives. You'll assess technical requirements, evaluate system integrations, and help determine the best approach for implementing new capabilities or enhancing existing ones.
Collaborate with delivery teams to analyze the complexity, cost, and risks associated with new IT initiatives. Provide technical oversight during project execution and support ongoing operations by resolving complex incidents when specialized knowledge is needed.
Review change requests and incoming demands, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and consistent with long-term strategy. Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on internal systems and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT projects and delivering integrated solutions
- Background in developing connections between systems, particularly in industrial environments
- Familiarity with financial processes, budgeting, and reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to document solutions and project artifacts in English
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks and project lifecycle management
Technical Environment
You'll work primarily with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), machine connectivity platforms, real-time monitoring tools, and SAP FI/CO for financial integration.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Chile, requiring presence at the local facility to collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
