Intellistack is hiring a SVP, Engineering to serve as the visionary technology leader responsible for our technical direction. You will guide the evolution of our core Data Fabric platform, foster AI-driven innovation, and scale the engineering organization, balancing startup agility with growth discipline.
What You'll Do
- Advance the Data Fabric and Platform Architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability in data-intensive environments.
- Foster AI-Driven Innovation, building a culture of curiosity and disciplined experimentation with AI.
- Scale Engineering with Agility, maturing the young platform while managing migration and scaling of established product lines.
- Lead Diverse Teams, inspiring, mentoring, and scaling engineering organizations.
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact, partnering with Product, GTM, and Operations to align technical priorities with business outcomes.
- Own Technical Strategy, defining and executing Intellistack’s technical vision.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Leadership in Data-Intensive Systems with deep experience building platforms with high data throughput.
- AI Fluency & Curiosity with familiarity with AI/ML-enabled systems.
- Scale-Up Expertise, demonstrating ability to operate in early-stage startups while successfully scaling organizations and platforms.
- Team Leadership Range, with experience leading both small, entrepreneurial teams and large, global engineering organizations.
- Strategic + Hands-On ability to set visionary strategy while engaging with architecture and teams directly.
- Executive Presence as a strong communicator who can influence, align, and inspire across functions.
Nice to Have
- Prior background as a data architect.
- Experience scaling platforms that serve enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Familiarity with developer platforms and low/no-code ecosystems.
