Nestlé is looking for a Sustainability Procurement Analyst to join our Global Procurement Division. Reporting to Procurement Sustainability, you will be part of the Sustainability Acceleration Team, managing projects with suppliers to support our targets around Climate and Regenerative Agricultural practices.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead sustainability projects together with suppliers, procurement managers and Nestlé’s agronomists.
- Track and forecast project progress and milestones with suppliers through different financial and environmental KPIs (e.g., CO2 reduction, % volume through Regenerative Agriculture, cost) and reporting systems (Vendor Portal, ServiceNow, PowerBI), while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support Procurement Managers in organizing and defining the execution strategy with suppliers.
- Drive Capability Building on Decarbonization and Regenerative Agriculture.
- Develop and execute requests for information on environmental and sustainable sourcing topics.
- Support the development of training material.
- Ensure compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
What We're Looking For
- First well-established experience in an analytical, project management, or sustainability role ideally related to Procurement.
- Ability to work in an international, complex, ambiguous environment.
- At ease with different IT systems (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, ServiceNow, AI Agents).
- Understand business objectives and ensure alignment with your work.
- Communication skills towards external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Project Management skills and results focused mindset.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- University degree in Environmental Science, Agronomy, or Sustainability is considered an advantage, alternatively, a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Another language will be an asset.
