Responsibilities
- Lead field teams in performing boundary, topographic, construction, and as-built surveys
- Operate and maintain precision instruments including total stations, GNSS receivers, laser scanners, levels, and data collectors
- Create detailed field notes and sketches to record survey activities
- Follow project specifications, objectives, and schedules set by the Survey Team Leader
- Use survey software to download, process, and verify data accuracy to meet quality standards
- Support project monitoring, identify issues, and apply solutions to stay within schedule and budget
- Report delays or problems promptly to the Survey Team Leader
- Enforce safety procedures, manage PPE supplies, and conduct equipment and vehicle safety inspections
- Provide on-the-job training and basic supervision to junior crew members and support performance evaluations

On-site — Harrisburg, PA

- Applicants must have valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Ability to travel overnight and work overtime when required
- Must pass regular drug testing per company policy
- Must pass a pre-employment driver’s license check and maintain an acceptable driving record as required by insurance guidelines
