360Dialog GmbH is hiring a Support Specialist for the EMEA region to provide direct support to customers using the WhatsApp Business API. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting technical issues and helping clients get the most from their messaging and marketing automation.
What You'll Do
- Provide multi-channel support to customers via tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
- Liaise with the L2 support team to find effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot the WhatsApp API and solve related technical problems.
- Support partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
- Communicate directly with Meta representatives.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales and Account Management Teams.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in support, technical support, or a related role.
- A desire to move into a more challenging support position.
- Hands-on experience with web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and APIs.
- Practical experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Solid understanding of technical fundamentals and popular support tools (e.g., Slack, JIRA, Google Workspace, Intercom).
- Language proficiency: English (fluent/C1) and at least one other language.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning, and empathizing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Meta Graph API.
- Programming skills in SQL, JavaScript, Python, or React.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Grafana.
- People management experience.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
