Adyen is hiring a Support Specialist to represent Fetch as the essential connection between users and the team. In this role, you will help users directly and spot trends, working largely through app-based email using various software tools to solve user issues in a fast-paced, constantly adapting environment.

What You'll Do

Answer user questions through written email format using pre-written responses.
Educate users on technical topics such as new features and product bugs.
Develop a deep understanding of the application and how it works.
Communicate with users in a way that addresses their concerns regardless of their technical background.
Identify whether an issue is new or existing and react accordingly.
Provide service that prioritizes user retention.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance expectations consistent with team and department goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced environment by actively consuming support communications and resources.
Bring fun to Fetch by engaging with colleagues and celebrating both individual and team accomplishments.
