Adyen is hiring a Support Specialist to represent Fetch as the essential connection between users and the team. In this role, you will help users directly and spot trends, working largely through app-based email using various software tools to solve user issues in a fast-paced, constantly adapting environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer user questions through written email format using pre-written responses.
- Educate users on technical topics such as new features and product bugs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the application and how it works.
- Communicate with users in a way that addresses their concerns regardless of their technical background.
- Identify whether an issue is new or existing and react accordingly.
- Provide service that prioritizes user retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance expectations consistent with team and department goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced environment by actively consuming support communications and resources.
- Bring fun to Fetch by engaging with colleagues and celebrating both individual and team accomplishments.
