Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of mobile devices
- Provide support for audio-visual equipment and peripherals
