WorldStrides is hiring a Service Desk Analyst II - Deskside

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of mobile devices
  • Provide support for audio-visual equipment and peripherals
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Document and track service requests and incidents
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
  • Provide feedback on processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Document technical solutions and knowledge base articles
  • Provide support for remote users and off-site locations
  • Assist in the procurement and deployment of new equipment
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality
  • Provide support for virtual meetings and conferences

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Three years of experience in a similar role
