About the Role

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Support Services Administrator to provide essential support to our commercial and residential customers. In this role, you will work directly with Branch Managers, Technicians, and your team to ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient administrative processes.

What You'll Do

  • Enter new contracts, job sales, and product sales data into our CRM software.
  • Upload and file customer contracts and perform account maintenance, including billing and contact updates.
  • Handle daily and month-end invoicing, ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Upload invoices to customer third-party portals as required.
  • Process credit memos and credit card payments.
  • Create Excel reports for customers and compile sales sheets for accuracy.
  • Assist in resolving customer disputes with the accounts receivable team.
  • Monitor service reports with Branch Managers and track technician license renewals.
  • Support Sales Reps and Operations by looking up customer information in the CRM.
  • Create device maps and assemble customer logbooks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems.
  • Excellent proof-reading abilities, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work without direct supervision, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
  • A High School Diploma.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Vendor Portals.
  • College Diploma or University Degree in a business, administrative, or accounting field, or equivalent experience.
