Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support on account management, billing issues, and service information
  • Identify and recommend suitable products or service upgrades
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance and quality targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (B2 – C1 level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working with computers and customer management systems
  • Sales-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
