We're looking for a Support Engineer to help establish and scale our support infrastructure as we grow. In this role, you'll be instrumental in resolving technical issues for merchants and customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve blockers, and building internal systems that improve efficiency and visibility.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming support requests through Slack and Pylon, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain strong service standards by meeting response time goals and delivering clear, accurate solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to troubleshoot and escalate technical problems
