Every is looking for a Support Engineer to join our 1st-Level IT-Support team. You will be the first point of contact for partners, providing competent and friendly support for all technical inquiries. In this role, you will analyze problems, find solutions, and grow your expertise in the estos and VoIP world.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for partners, ensuring they receive competent and friendly support for every request.
- Ensure the estos-Support is always reachable by phone.
- Tackle technical questions, find solutions, and grow daily into the estos and VoIP world.
- Document bugs and exchange information with colleagues and software developers.
What We're Looking For
- Enjoy communication and teamwork.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Curiosity for IT and technology and a willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to maintain an overview and work in a structured, patient, and solution-oriented manner, even with tricky tasks.
