Cencora is looking for a Support Apotheker to join our team supporting Boots pharmacies across the Netherlands. This is a mobile and flexible role, working 20-24 hours per week primarily from home, where you will provide crucial online and remote support to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.

What You'll Do

Review prescriptions and perform medication surveillance.
Assist with the implementation of new work processes.
Answer complex questions from the pharmacy team.
Represent the central organization with a positive, constructive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Communicate and implement organizational policy and direction.
Address potential problems and questions to achieve desired results.
Focus on the pro-active repeat of chronic medication and offering the baxter service.
Pursue optimal pharmaceutical care by discussing medication use with patients.

What We're Looking For

A completed university degree in Pharmacy (WO opleiding Farmacie).
A completed postgraduate training to become a public pharmacist specialist (openbaar apotheker specialist).
Experience as a managing pharmacist (beherend apotheker).
Good communication skills at different levels.
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
