DaVita is hiring a Manager, Actuary (IKC) to own the financial management of our integrated kidney care programs and lead the underwriting of new value-based care contracts. In this role, you will project manage and guide analysts to ensure the financial health of our operations and develop our enterprise risk capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Manage program financial reconciliations and monitor developing program experience.
- Develop and lead analysis of drivers of program performance and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Apply actuarial underwriting principles to value-based contracting efforts, including baseline and trend calculations.
- Create and manage internal performance benchmarks and lead actuarial process and capability development.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of relevant actuarial experience.
- Extensive actuarial modeling experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other applications.
- Proven experience in actuarial project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) credential.

- Compensation range: $91,000.00 - $133,700.00 per year.
