As the Marketing Intern for Spring 2026, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness and growth for a student-focused storage solution directly on campus. You'll build authentic connections with peers while managing end-to-end marketing initiatives and supporting critical logistics operations during peak times.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and share dynamic content on Instagram and TikTok—posting 3 to 5 times weekly using reels, stories, and static posts that highlight campus life, promotions, and student ambassadors
- Run grassroots outreach through flyering, chalking, and whiteboarding to boost visibility
- Engage with parent networks in online communities to share service benefits and answer questions
- Manage and track referral campaigns, encouraging peer-to-peer promotion with measurable results
- Monitor engagement data—including views, shares, and comments—and deliver weekly performance updates
- Conduct outreach calls to prospective customers and support sales conversion
- Operate a moving truck to transport student belongings between campus and storage facilities at the end of spring and start of fall semesters
- Oversee loading and unloading of items, ensuring care and accuracy
- Track inventory using a mobile app and organize stored orders at the facility
- Attend regular check-ins and maintain consistent, clear communication
- Stay committed to high standards, physical effort, and problem-solving under pressure
Who You Are
You're currently a freshman, sophomore, or junior living on or near campus, with deep familiarity of student life and spaces. You take initiative, adapt quickly, and communicate clearly in fast-moving situations. You’re driven by results, personal growth, and hands-on experience.
Reliability and grit define your approach. You’re not afraid of physical work or complex challenges—and you lead confidently when coordinating others during high-volume periods like move-in and move-out.
Skills & Tools
You’ll use Instagram, TikTok, Facebook groups, and an inventory management app to execute campaigns and track operations.
Compensation & Growth
This role offers $15/hour base pay plus commission and weekly incentives, with top performers earning up to $7,000 for the season. You’ll gain direct experience launching and managing a campus division, working alongside company leaders, and building real skills in marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship.

Work Environment
This is an on-site role centered on your university campus, requiring presence during key academic transitions. You must be willing and able to operate a moving truck and handle physical transportation tasks.
