Clario is hiring an Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support our GenMed clinical trials. You will assist Clinical Project Managers with project administration, cross-functional communication, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Assist with project administration by developing project documents, reviewing presentations, and participating in project meetings.
- Act as a liaison with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of study deliverables.
- Report study needs and issues.
- Support project start-up, execution, close out, and finance-related activities.
- Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and communicating project progress by monitoring internal data flow and responding to inquiries.
- Communicate with clients regarding project status.
- Verify protocol imaging requirements are met and queries appropriately identified.
- Serve as acting Project Manager in the absence of the assigned Project Manager.
- Create, review, and distribute project reports.
- Ensure development and adherence to project timelines by following up on outstanding items and assisting in tracking client issues.
- Serve as an additional point of contact to client, sites, sponsors, etc.
- Support Logistics with the distribution, management and tracking of site-facing materials.
- Keep clinical project manager(s) and supervisor advised of current issues.
- Maintain quality service by reading and adhering to organizational SOPs and executing functions per study protocol and guidelines.
- Review and provide recommendations to management on operational procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by helping internal and external customers and attending trainings.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending company-sponsored training.
What We're Looking For
- Associates Degree
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, and/or clinical research
- Healthcare, medical experience, and/or clinical research
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office suite

You will assist Clinical Project Managers, reporting to Clinical Project Manager(s) and a Supervisor.
