About the Role

The Supply Chain Settlement Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial settlements and ensuring accurate accounting for supply chain operations. This role involves reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in supply chain finance.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare and review financial reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions.
  • Provide support during financial audits.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements.
  • Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
