Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply planning and coordinate purchasing activities to meet project demands
- Manage warehouse operations, including stock control, storage integrity, and inventory tracking
- Monitor supply risks such as drug expiration, potential shortages, and delivery delays
- Produce regular reports and share updates with project and coordination teams
- Supervise logistics staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Ensure proper implementation of standardized supply systems and procedures
- Support budgeting, contract management, and reporting requirements
- Advise project leaders on supply constraints that may affect medical operations
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional experience in supply chain functions including procurement, warehousing, transport, customs, and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead and train teams in logistics or supply operations
- Experience setting up or organizing supply systems and administrative processes
- Knowledge of cold chain protocols for temperature-sensitive medical supplies
- Strong reporting, budgeting, and contract drafting skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, high-pressure environments
Preferred Background
- Experience working in low-resource or humanitarian settings
- Proficiency in French or Arabic (level B2 or higher)

Work Environment
